Brettljause

Because it is made up of cold ingredients, it is traditionally served on a wooden board, and each type of sausage, cold cuts of meat or smoked meats, cheese, and various vegetables are sliced and served, and it goes well with white wine.

Tafelspitz

This is an Austrian dish made by boiling veal or beef in broth with various vegetables. It is usually made using rump or rump, and is usually served with chopped apples and horseradish.

Vienna sausage (Wienerwurst)

Frittatensuppe (Frittatensuppe)

A shallow pan with oil, pour a thin layer of pancake batter (eggs, milk, flour, salt), fry until golden brown, then slice thinly and add to broth to make a soup, which is commonly enjoyed in Europe.
