Lasagne

A dish that originated in Greece and has been enjoyed since Roman times, it is a dish made by placing beef and vegetables between pasta sheets and béchamel sauce, topping it with cheese (Parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese), and baking it in the oven.

Risotto

Originating in Northern Italy, risotto is a creamy rice dish cooked in a broth with saffron, butter, wine, and onions. Depending on the region, meat, fish, and vegetables are added, including shrimp, squid, peas, mushrooms, chicken, bacon, and chorizo.

Carbonara (Spaghetti carbonara)

Carbonara, a dish said to have originated in Rome, is made with spaghetti, eggs, guanciale (pork cheek, often substituted with pancetta, lardons or bacon), cheese and pepper.

Aranchini

It is a fried food coated with flour and breadcrumbs and is prepared in various ways depending on the region. It is filled with meat sauce with tomatoes, mozzarella and peas, butter or béchamel sauce, mushrooms, pistachios, etc.

Neapolitan pizza

The simplest, very small in size, and usually cooked in a pizza oven, are characterized by their simplest form, consisting of only a dough base of tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and olive oil.

Agnolotti

It is a type of pasta that is made by flattening the pasta dough and filling it with meat and vegetables. It is similar to ravioli, but the clear difference can be found in its combed shape.
