Rinderbrateneintopf

It is a delicious meat stew that is marinated in vinegar and various spices. This beef stew is usually served with boiled potatoes and red cabbage. Roast beef stew is one of the most famous German dishes.

Schweinshaxe

Similar in flavor to Korean pork trotters, it's a dish of pork cubes that are roasted until the flesh is tender and the skin slightly pulls away from the meat. This traditional German dish is best known in Bavaria. 

Würste

When it comes to traditional German food, sausages are a must. More than 1,500 different types of sausages are produced in Germany, with Bratwurst being the most popular. 

Side dish

Potatoes are one of the most important staple foods for Germans. Side dish varieties include sauerkraut, Spaetzle, Butterkäse, and Bretzel. 

Spätzle

 A noodle dish made with flour, egg, and salt, often served as a side dish to a main dish such as meat. It is similar to tadpole noodles in Korea

Sauerkraut

It's a dish made by fermenting cabbage, and the fermentation techniques and preparation methods have changed and evolved over the years. It's similar to how kimchi is made in Korea, and the flavor is similar to kimchi stew minus the red pepper flakes.
