Windmere Cruise (onboard)
More than 11 miles long and nearly a mile wide, the lake is a ribbon lake that formed in a glacial valley after the ice retreated at the beginning of the current interglacial period.
Enjoy the natural scenery while taking a cruise.

Tourist attractions include Dove Cottage , where British Romantic poet William Wordsworth lived, and Oswald Church, where his grave is located.

Drive to Haworth (2 hours) to see the Brontë sisters' birthplace and village, well known for Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre.

This was the setting for the novel "Wuthering Heights". Patrick Brontë, a pastor, and his wife Maria lived in this house from 1820 to 1861, and their three daughters and son also lived here.

Move to Cambridge (travel time: 3 hours) and visit Trinity College, King's College Chapel, Market Square, etc.

It is one of the colleges that make up the University of Cambridge and was founded by Henry VIII. As of 2008, it has produced many famous people, including 31 Nobel Prize winners, Fields Medal winners, and Isaac Newton.
Market Square
Merchants have been setting up shop in the city’s historic market square since the Middle Ages. It’s open every day from 10am to 4pm, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, so be sure to stop by.
